  • Long term stays (28 days or more) will receive a 10% discount for the duration of the stay (excludes peak season days).
  • Peak season 20 December to 10 January. No long term discounted rates during Peak Season.
  • Peak season Christmas & New Year bookings require a non-refundable $150 deposit and date confirmation by 31 September.
  • Statutory holidays incur a $5 surcharge per unit
  • Payment is by Bank Transfer, EFTPOS or Credit Card.
  • Minimum charge per booking is 3 days. Minimum charge during peak season is 10 days.
  • Charges are on a per day basis, therefore a full day is charged for both the arrival and departure day. We do not offer part or half days.
  • Only cats from the same household can share a unit.
  • Reception is closed Christmas day, Boxing day, New Years day, Easter Friday and Easter Sunday.
